I have been really thinking about refocusing  when it comes to my weight.  Really allowing the focus on health, and nourishment.  When I am doing all sorts of tracking, measuring, and weighing, it makes me focus on trying to control it.  Makes me think, how much more can I eat and it not effect my weight.   How many calories can I get in ? What can I eat to fill this empty hole inside. Of which has nothing to do with my stomach or hunger but All to do with my heart and head.
