All sessions are confidential. If you have other professionals working with you, i.e., psychiatrist, physician, case manager, etc., I would ask you to sign a consent so we could work cohesively as a team to best serve you. Additionally, if you have any friends or family you want involved in your care, we would also only do that once a consent was signed.
All sessions are 45 minutes.
I respectfully ask that if you need to change or cancel an appointment please give me 24 hours notice. I ask this because sometimes clients need emergency appointments and that is where I can fill them in.
